If you read my prior blog post regarding Grand Turk, you may remember that I recommend going to the beach on the right side of the pier if you're looking for less crowds.
This still holds true, however you now cannot get front row seats without renting a daybed at the newly named Serenity Beach.

There are only nine (9) Serenity Beach Daybeds available for rent. You can pre-book one via Carnival's excursions or rent one (if available) when in port.

Renting it direct from the vendor costs $150 versus the pre-cruise price of $139.99.
You'll want to ignore what it says on your excursion ticket regarding the meeting place being Margaritaville at leisure. Do NOT go to Margaritaville, it's on the complete opposite side of the pier and location of Serenity Beach!

When you exit the duty-free shop at the end of the pier, turn right and go to the beach behind Diamonds International.

If there's no one there to collect your ticket, go ahead and choose one of the available daybeds. Someone will notice you there and come asking for your ticket. Once you give them your ticket, you'll sign a waiver and be given a wristband.
The daybeds are nicely padded (very comfortable!) and feature a covered roof. Some of the daybeds have curtains that you can close. They're first come first serve so if you absolutely want one with the curtains, you'll want to get off the ship as early as possible to get your first pick. They're all about 2-3 feet from each other.

There's a built-in table for your drinks and/or food. Just past the daybeds is the nearby bar and restaurant. You can also order food to be delivered to you if you catch one of the servers.
There's a rope fence in front of all the daybeds as they're several feet above the beach.

Despite not being directly on the beach with nothing between you and the water, the view is still beautiful and you have a great view of your cruise ship! Serenity is definitely a word that comes to mind...

In order to access the water at Serenity Beach you need to go down a set of stairs. There were two sets when we were there however the stairs closest to the pier were unusable with caution tape wrapped around them. It's a total of approximately 9 steps. I would recommend using caution as they weren't the most steady steps.

It didn't used to be this way but one (or several) hurricanes changed the topography quite a bit. The last time I was in Grand Turk prior to this summer was in August 2019. Back then, this beach had clamshell loungers and it was a regular beach without the "dunes".

The waves on this side of pier can be rough and there are large rocks/coral so getting into deeper water can be a bit of a challenge for some. Bringing water shoes is a good idea!

The daybed was nice to have as a home base with beautiful views out of the sun. We stayed for several hours until we were hungry, then we packed up and went to Margaritaville for lunch.

As mentioned in my prior post, if you wait until later in the day, the beach between the cruise ship(s) and Margaritaville goes from super busy to barely anyone left. After lunch, we spent the remaining time in port at the beach in front of Margaritaville.

If you're into snorkeling or just enjoy seeing wildlife in the water, you'll find several different types of fish, maybe even a stingray!

Renting a daybed in Grand Turk isn't a "must" but it definitely made it a stress-free day with having a dedicated spot to lounge.
